Latest bill is incorrect - discount not applied.

At the beginning of September I paid my LRS and negotiated a new 12 month contract at £7.99 per month total (£15.99 per month with add-ons). My latest bill has not had the agreed discount applied. Can someone please get this sorted out. Closed ticket 182284733 gives details.

I put what I considered to be an £8 overcharge down to experience last month but this is the second month running.
