Latest bill has doubled in price

Please can somebody help me. For almost a year I have been paying £18.99 a month for my broadband/line rental but today my bill has doubled to £26.68 with no explanation as to why!

 

I've had no email communication as to why my bill going up.

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm struggling how to work out how twice £18.99 equals £26.68 but regardless of that my guess would be that you had a 12month contract, which has now expired so you're paying the full monthly out of contract price.

Correction its gone up by £10.99!!!

Yep, that's the out of contract price at the end of a 12 month contract. It's time to ring Plusnet customer services and see if you can negotiate a new contract. Alternatively see if there's any Black Friday deals going with another ISP.
