Late payments

My bill due today , it was not payed i dont have a DD i pay via debit card .

I had been put on restrictions and cannot use internet , Normally i would get a option to carry on and pay later

for some reason i have not been given that option

Does that mean that not paying your bill on time is a frequent occurrence?

Browni Yes i have been here before   for some reason this morning there was a Hickup with the redirect page

altho i dont like explaining my finances , Yes i am disabled and cant work,, DWP do not pay me each month on same day sometimes its before 11th  then all is fine , sometimes its after the 11th , so PN have to wait 2-3 days .

it works out fine as you get 14 days after due date,  normally PN have to wait  2-3 days Nowt special .

My O2 account is never late   because if i have spare cash i can pay extra anytime before due date , most of time i am in credit , which is someting i cannot do at PN .

another thing O2 same as PN give you 14 days to pay after Due date , BUT will not put restriction on account till after the 14 days !!

It seems odd that you didn't get the "acknowledge and continue browsing" button. What errors are you getting instead?

Nothing   just windows orb continuous spinning and no page would load for 30mins .

shut down several times still same no redirect page ? 

then magically i get the redirect

I'm in the same boat as you with my PIP being paid 4 weekly, it's completely out of synch just now and won't be paid before my broadband bill until January!
