I recently had an issue with bank disconnecting my broadband direct debit about 2 months ago which meant payments were failed and I've had to manually do them twice now, this issue is now fixed and they will be automated. My current issue is that even after the payment some pages refuse to load and it means I cannot freely browse the internet and only a select few pages will load. I am wondering if this may be an issue with the payment or the plusnets system itself as my account says the payment was successfully made without any issues. Please any possible response to a fix or an explanation would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
Edit this issue resolved itself I presume it just took time to update the status of my account on their systems.
