look I did say there is no specialist equipment and also if I am still not happy then I will continue to use this internet till my contract expires and then I will go and find another internet provider who would make me happy. Talk Talk is a big no-no to return to.

I understand what you've said, however what I've advised doesn't require specialist equipment.
Again, do you have any other devices and have you cleared cookies/cache in your browser settings?

have tried it on my tablet, mobile phone, and my other tablet and still the same result and I also even cleared the cache too!! but still the same old result!! it must be coming from your end!!!!!

@Deafman196823 Having looked into this again, it seems that we're also getting a similar error when trying to update card details for your account. As an alternative ongoing payment method, are you able to set up a direct debit?

Hi @Deafman196823 As per my responses via the support ticket 196321711 on your account, I can advise we believe we've fixed the problem with you being unable to update your card details online.
Can you confirm this is the case and you are able to update them?
