Thanks for getting back to us @Deafman196823 That's good to see, if the problem happens next month feel free to post back and we'll be happy to manually remove the interruption again.
Having said that, to try to avoid your account going into failed payment at all would it be best to change your bill date?

How can you treat me like that?? I am suffering from Manic depression and also I am hearing impaired and finding work is impossible and I get my benefit every fortnight and it is a struggle having to pay my bills on time!!

My benefit comes in every fortnight and it is a hard struggle having to keep changing payment dates and I don't think it's a good idea sorry.

No problem, I just thought I'd mention we can change your bill date in case it was a viable option.

if you read my post history, you will find, I've always been late with payments. double standards / sarcasm / ironic.. I was having a laugh at myself.
I have a WCA on friday, I have a feeling I won't be returning home.

PS When I was with another ISP, I was able to top-up my account, plusnet don't allow this for some reason.

I am back and found that there is no billing for me this month but I am confused as I am supposed to be paying the bill today and I noticed there is a billing date for next month, Can you find out if I have to pay anything for this month (November)? Please get back to me ASAP Thanks.

then why did it say bill is due on 20th December and not this month?

@Deafman196823 this would be your account updating to reflect your next month's bill, the current bill will be issued shortly once our daily billing run has completed.

I'd suspect this is because today's your bill date and your bill is about to be generated.
I'd recommend waiting until you've received your bill. Thanks.
