I am trying to pay the bill that was due today but has fallen short til next Wednesday but I cannot get to access the payment page and also the restrictions are already on but cannot try to lift that restriction till Wednesday when I get my Disability payment (PIP). Can anyone help me get these restrictions lifted, please? I am playing the war game and I need to be shielded or else I would be attacked. Built-up enough troops but unsure that I would survive this attack.

I've temporarily lifted the restrictions on your account now, though I should state that restrictions will be applied again if you're unable to make the payment within 14 days of your bill generating. If you are able to pay on Wednesday then this shouldn't be an issue, but if any problems arise, please don't hesitate to let us know and we'll pick this back up for review as soon as possible.

I have checked but the loading of the war game does not load as it says "Please check your network and try again later" [4000,-1]

I'm sorry to hear that's the case. I've changed some settings on your account again, please could you try rebooting your router and seeing if you can get online now?

I tried again and nothing so I will go to the library and get on web chat and get this sorted out.

I'm sorry to hear that this hasn't allowed you back on. It's likely that this will need raising to our Debt Management Team to look into, though I'm afraid they're not in the office at this time on a Sunday evening. I've raised a ticket to them regarding this and once they've picked it up they'll send you an update.

Furthermore, This is losing me my deserved points for the ShopandScan as they won't let me upload data to the company which earns me 2100 points every week. I have already sent a message to them but I doubt that I will get my points!!! (THANKS!!!!)

Thanks for getting back to us @Deafman196823 I do apologise for the issues you're experiencing and you've been unable to get online over the weekend. We'll manually remove the failed payment interruption as soon as we can, which should be within the next 2 working hours so by 11am at the latest. Let us know how it goes.
