Last minute move abroad, need to cancel account!

Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice, I'm in the military and have been posted abroad at the last minute so I need to cancel my broadband/phone account. How can I do this without calling the call centre as I have no ability to make the phone call?

With great difficulty!
The only other option is to write in using snail mail.

I thought as much! Even if I can get to a phone there's no number listed that I can call from overseas!

Have you not got a number in which I can contact you on for 5 minutes  ?!?
You can pm me it and I would get this sorted for you!
Otherwise Letter is the other way to cancel.

Can you not use 0330 123 9197? That should be exactly the same as calling an 01 or 02 number.

Does that apply if you are outside the UK though ?
