Hi all,
In March I switched from Plusnet broadband to EE fibre broadband after being advised to switch by Plusnet.
I was told there would be no exit fees if i switched.
On checking my bank yesterday I see a payment of £230.55 left my account on 17/04/2024 and it is showing as due again on 17/05/2024!
I've tried ringing but get stuck in a queue, advice please

Hi @LeighC I'm sorry that you've had this amount taken from your bank. You'll need to call our Customer Options Team and we can look into getting this refunded for you. You can give them a bell on 0330 1239 123, they're open Monday to Friday 8am until 8pm, Saturday 9am until 7pm and Sunday 9am until 6pm.
