Landline Phone Bill

I've just had a look at my current phone bill, via the link in a Plusnet email. At least I tried to look! It seems to me, and I feel sure others would agree, that the 'new' customer bill system has been specifically designed to make it almost impossible to look at your phone bill.

I can just about make out on my new 'Itemised Bill' (really?) that I have an Additional Charge for phone calls of 37p. But I don't use my landline for making phone calls and the 'Itemised Bill' gives no further details.

Fix

If you login to your member centre account and click 'View bills' , select 'View my bills' and select the bill in question from the list in the dropdown. It should then display that bill in a browser window complete with an Itemised call list on page 3

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I agree that it should. I have just checked mine (I normally don't bother as I'm on a call package) and it's showing that we have made no calls since 21st August last year.

In other words it's broke!

Further to my earlier post, where I reported that my itemised bill has not worked since August last year, can a member of Plusnet staff please pick this up and fix it for me..

This is my current itemised bill:

Your itemised calls are now visible on the invoice itself each month on page 3 of your bill.

This is the new location for you to view this information.

Then why on earth are these pages accessable from my account main page?

If it's not, your shambolic business system should be a total embarassment to your senior management and rectification should be given some serious priority.

Yes. Why cannot you just simply logon, go to Bill and see you bill and itemised calls of a webpage sized display? You could before.

Now you have to log on to your account, faff about finding where to find you bill, descend through several levels of pages, get a small pop up window, see a small post card sized image and try to read that it has several pages, scroll through several pages and strain to read what the miniaturised text characters are saying.

Why are ALL 'improvements' in IT ALWAYS rubbish?

I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause to yourself.

 

If you log in whilst on the summary page you can click to view calls and then click to view unbilled calls. It should show the current billing periods calls through there.

OK so it is policy that clicking the phone link from the main log in page followed by clicking the itemised bills field then selecting a date isn't supposed to display a list of calls and this is considered satisfactory by Plusnet.

Instead a much more confabulated route is required.

I stand by my earlier statement, your business system is a total shambles!
