LRS

Would one of the team look at Ticket number 78052459 please. Is the LRS price quoted correct? It's not what is quoted on the main web page.

Re: LRS

I assume you are seeing £137.88?,  equivalent to £11.49 a month, , that's because you have evening and weekend calls.
LRS offered on the main site £131,88 equivalent to £10.99 a month, does not include any calls, apart from contacting PN, other PN customers and freephone ,(costs an extra £ 1.50 a month to add evening and weekend calls)
Regards
Mike

Re: LRS

Now I'm confused - I pay £4.50 for any time calls.

Re: LRS

Before October any customer who had LRS, had evening and weekend calls included ( still get them when renewing), if you wanted anytime calls you paid for the add on (each month), as you do.
During October and currently, any new customer who has taken LRS ( or existing new to LRS), no inclusive calls, if wanted, will have to pay add on for evening and weekends or anytime (each month),
Regards
Mike
