LRS on new statement

HI Ive recently gone on the new billing page ,I know my LRS is due sometime early next year but I cant seem to find or get up when I paid my last LRS  ,I could with the previous account page ,its got a tab for previous payments for the last 15 mths payments but when you click on it nothing happens ,I would like to be able to find this out ,the new account page is better in some  respects but I would like to see when I paid my last LRS payment

If you login to the Member Centre and go to https://www.plus.net/rentalsaver the page will tell you when your current Line Rental Saver payment expires.

For the new billing system the View your payments tab only shows payments made since the new system went live on 1st Sept. View your bills shows older bills.though I don't think a bill was created for one-off LRS payments. There will be a ticket for this which can be viewed by entering a date range at https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search, probably looking for service notices/questions raised on a non-billing date.
