LRS and contract finish on 15/3/18

So when should I have a conversation with plusnet. Not very happy with them after a few line problems in last month but haven't got an alternate supplier in mind. I currently have LRS and call anytime and broadband package.

Up to 3 months before contract end.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us through our community forums.

As @daveplus has mentioned, you can contact us in the final 3 months of your contract to see if there is anything that we can offer you for a new deal. If you wanted to take LRS again then you can do this but it will be added when your current one finishes.

If you are interested to see what we can offer you, please call our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632 then select option 1 then 2. Once you get through to one of the members of the team they will run through what we can do for you and the deals available.

note that leaving it until a few days before the LRS finishes you can keep the two in sync if you decide to stay and receive a 12 month offer as I did
