Keep getting error 'http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed'

Hello, since this morning i have been getting an error which reads 'http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed' on only SOME sites and i'm unsure of how to fix this? I've tried to resolve it myself without any luck so i was wondering if anyone else may be able to help with the problem.

Hello @Dumbledore, it appears that the error has started to happen again today after working fine yesterday?

 

Really confused as to why this is happening and it is getting quite frustrating.

@scottcockle I believe while in failed billing mode the restriction kicks in every 4 days until the balance is cleared .

Hi @scottcockle, apologies restrictions were applied to the account again.

 

These have now been lifted and you should be able to use the service as normal
