Keep being overcharged

Hi,

My contract for WiFi is £30.20 monthly. Last month I was overcharged by £6.43. I rang the customer advice line and was told this was a mistake and that it was too late to remove from my bill for July but that it would be removed from my August bill. However I just received my August bill and it is £52.26. It looks like the £6.43 was removed but that none of the usual discounts were. I am due to be charged on the 27th August.

Please can this be looked into as this has now happened twice and it’s getting a little annoying having to keep chasing this up.

Thanks,
Marie.

Re: Keep being overcharged

Sympathies Marie, the Plusnet computer seems to be doing this daily. When does your contract expire? It sounds as if you have been reverted to full rate, as happens if contract is not renewed. Either way I suggest you give PN a call as they can't monitor this forum all the time.
