Just when I thought I'd successfully left PN

I migrated my last service from PN on 22nd May; everything seemed to go fine, the tickets generated seemed to make sense, the refunds due were credited my bank account etc.
Ticket No. 370740447 (5th June) stated that my DD had been cancelled, although the rest of that message doesn't make sense, and the DD is still listed on my bank account.
Then today two identical tickets have appeared, Nos 176345736 and 176345741 "We're still waiting for our supplier to let us know they've received your broadband order."
Would someone care to tell me what this is all about?

Hi there,
I've checked those tickets and can confirm they don't indicate that we're trying to reactivate a broadband service for you. It looks like these were triggered in error and relate to the "cease order" raised to remove our service.
I'll feed this back, sorry for any confusion.
