I was looking at your packages for my parents, considering a possible change of phone line and/or fibre in the future and while looking we hit the 'change' key instead of 'back' to keep package and it showed as 'new package' in the sidebar.
I've logged in again and it seems that all is as it was and no new order exists, but I just wanted to make sure we haven't actually ordered or changed anything? Because we really DON'T want to change anything at the moment. Apologies in advance for having that rather 'senior' moment.
