Beware - it’s a trap.
As I had line rental saver it is apparently not included. First I heard about it was when I got a large bill for calls this month. I was told that I needed to pay an extra £2/month. Bad enough, but even worse is that the package could only start at my next bill date so I am faced with another month of large bills. NOT happy.

As far as I'm aware, your call plan shouldn't have changed. If it's not been changed, please arrange this via the portal and we can address everything for you.
