Just missed out on a customer offer

Hi, I signed up as a new customer recently (unlimited fibre £29.99), a few days later when checking my order status I noticed I had just missed out on the new customer deal for unlimited fibre for £22.99 per month. I am still waiting for my broadband to be activated (it took more than the promised 5-7 working days after the phone line activation), so had I known I would have waited for this deal. Any chance it could be honoured?
