Just joined

Up and running yesterday. Question is, do Plusnet send a written confirmation of my order? In "my account" there's no breakdown of what I ordered or future payments now my direct debit has been set up. I paid line rental in advance and that has been taken.

What's your experience? Do I ring up and ask?

Maybe Plusnet are of the opinion that you should know what you ordered when you signed up.

But a call or chat to support would answer your questions.

Thanks Matthew. Looked there a few days ago after signing up and it wasn't there, but now all in place
