Just joined but unable to submit my MAC code online or on the phone.

I am stuck with my order progress...
I got my MAC code from BT last week but every time I try to use the URL: https://www.plus.net/mac/ and it asks me to login again (even though I'm logged in already) and basically it just does not work. My username and password are correct and I get green ticks in both fields but no site progression. I have even purposely put my password in wrong which it then does actually say it's incorrect. I've logged out and logged in again nothing is working for me ? Also tried the process on two web browsers just to make sure...
I have tried phoning your company but this is not working (15 minute wait) and despite leaving my phone on the waiting music nothing happens
Is there any other way of getting the MAC code to you ?

Have Plusnet sent you a text requesting the MAC? I submitted my code by replying to the text.

I never submitted a mobile phone number so I don't have that option available to me.
