Originally with FNN my account was incorporated into MAAF. I left MAAF to join PN but was advised if I wanted to keep my email address it would be wise to pay MAAF for a Just Mail account and have my emails redirected PN. Is there really a need for this charge as you are basically one and the same?
Hi there, The charge is for keeping the mailbox open and working on an account, there's a very similar arrangement on Plusnet with the mail account setup so yes I'm afraid it is necessary.
