Joined plusnet only because of cashback offer november 2016, still no cheque

Hello

signed up to plus net because you were advertising cashback, this was in November 2016 still no cheque, seems a common complaint, can you tell me if this offer will be honoured or do I need to take this to the ASA as it was an advertised offer.

It really makes plus net look  dishonourable

Your cheque has been dispatched and we expected this to arrive by today, however as it hasn't I've escalated this internally and you should hear back next week.
