Ive paid bill but service still restricted

Hi I've paid my bill but their are still sites which have been blocked, can a staff member please remove restrictions. Thanks.

Hi Margaret

 

With a your account all looking upto date, can you confirm if any restrictions have now been lifted, I appreciate it can take a few minutes after payment to update.

 

It  looks well from our side.

I paid the bill in the early hours of this morning, i just checked and still I'm restricted.

Hello again,

 

I#ve tried to call you directly to see what the problem could be but there was no answer on the land line or mobile.

 

To try a quick fix could you reboot your router to see if that resolves the issue.

 

There's nothing from our side as to why you would be limited.

I have just reset the router and I'm still restricted, failed billing.

Hello again

 

I've had a look over it again and found an hidden restriction so Ive had this removed - you should now be fully unrestricted, again a reboot might help
