It's time for your personal account review, Confusing times
Just had this reminder through, September is the actual time but thanks for the reminder.
I want to get some thoughts sorted in my mind before I call in as clearly you have limited people to take calls.
So here are my questions.
We always do a anytime call and broadband deal.
1) We do have the new router you sent us but find wifi still problematic despite having a booster fitted now. Is there anything better?
2) With Covid 19 I have been doing a lot of work from home using MS Teams, the serviced has coped quite well on the existing normal broadband, but is it now worth me considering this fiber thing?
3) Really looking for the best possible deal with no price increases, not even mid term ones that seem to happen.
What are your tips for getting the very best long term deal for phone and internet here?
