It's Chico Time!

I mean it's restricto time...

 

Restricted on a saturday, when I was listening to the cricket on the BBC Iplayer App.

 

Got an email, saying plusnet will be taking money from my account on or abouts the 8th June, the 8th is a saturday, so plusnet should try and take the payment the following working day, which is the 10th June.

 

The plusnet team have been working on this problem for how long?

They should remember not to restrict people at the weekend, I've been restricted even before any attempt to take money from my bank account has been made.

The Super Users keep a watching eye on reoccurring issues - to inform our discussions with Plusnet.  I am presently watching billing issues, particularly "failed payment" restrictions: would you mind advising if you have a current (active) automatic payment arrangement (direct debit or payment card) set up on your account please?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

This has been going on too long, and you’ll find very few employees will defend Plusnet when questioned in the phone.

That first link refers to MOBILE PHONE billing (which is a completely separate system) and those issues relate to credit card processing issues by a third party

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Restrictions are still in place.

 

I logged into my account via my mobile hotspot [vodafone] I wanted to check if I had a payment method in place, but it just shows 'pay your bill' , so can't change anything.

[Edit] Just checked via the hotspot, and my debit card is the payment method?
