Issue with first bill



I switched over to plusnet on the 17th of March with service to begin on the 1st of April. I paid £18-99 (my contract price) over the phone, and I had no set up fees etc due. So, I log in today to check my status and it says my next bill is due in three days which would result in paying for the first month of service twice and I would like to know why this is. I paid expecting a months service before receiving a second bill.


I tried the phone line, which I understand during these times will be busy, however, your website states the opening hours and I was well within them so am not best pleased at the lack of service on which plusnet says they pride themselves.
