Hi,
I agreed an upgrade with you last month (to start from 1st feb) to an unlimited download allowance at 8.50/month.
It appears that via email and on here you have not done this, but have simply signed me to another 18month contract for the same 10mb limit but now at 12.99/month?!
Can you rectify this asap please and let me know it has been sorted properly.
I have included the confirmation email below from your office for reference,

It would be best to remove your email address from your posts , as anyone can view this public forum
When wanting to ring, you can see how long the wait will be , by the customer support stats, that are updated every few minutes.
