Is there anybody there? One week - no response

It's now a week since I posted two queries on here, both of which have disappeared down to page 3 without a response.

It would seem I'm not alone with these same two problems but usually this forum is excellent at solving them so I'm rather disappointed.

Yes, Plusnet staffers picking up posts etc., are getting rarer than hens' teeth these days.

They tried to ring me but I missed the call though they replied through my account within 2 hours, so that was a nice surprise.

Hopefully they say the billing errors are now sorted but they are going to ring me back tomorrow about the card activation.
