Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I paid LRS last July of £209.88 which works out at £17.49 a month.
Since PN has discontinued LRS and the price of line rental will be standard at £20.49 (I think), how much would I be paying?
I hope not the increased price since it'll go against the contract.

When do I need to give PN notice to cancel? My line rental expires on 31.7.21.
And once it *is* cancelled, presumably the broadband (which expires in May 2022) will be done at the same time?

Hi @Cagney1994
If you want your line ceasing all together, we'd require 14 days notice, you'd need to call our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632 get get this process started.
If you're moving to another supplier that uses the same Openreach lines as we do, you don't need to contact us. Simply sign up with another provider, and their orders on the line will serve as your notice to leave.

That's correct, if you cancel while in contract we'll charge you a termination fee though.
