Hi - sorry for the thread, but it's not clear on my account profile.
Was just wondering if some plusnet staff could tell me whether or not I have completed my 18 month contract yet? Could be time to start looking around for those great new customer deals!
Looks like the expiry date for your contract is 10/05/16.
If you give our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632 (Selecting the option for thinking of leaving) they should be able to discuss re-contracting on a new offer now
