Broadband usage?
I have just received an email saying I am approaching my broadband usage limit. Never received one before. I used 59.95gb of my 60gb allowance two months ago and never received a warning email.
I have been uploading a lot of video to YouTube lately though, think that may be the reason?

You should receive one automatically when you hit 80% of your usage limit (it may be 90% I really can't remember)

Well I am hitting 75% of my usage but like I said two months ago I used 99.9% of my usage and never got an email.

there were several reported problems about that time where the emails weren't being sent out
