Am I the only guy confuzzled about the Products & Services page of Accounts?
It seems to show a partial and random assortment of transactions, in no discernible sequence.
In my case it also shows delivery and charge of £40 for a netgear router.
Er no - not requested, never delivered and (so far) not charged.

Did you receive a Technicolor 582n from us?

Yes indeed, Chris, the Technicolor fibre version . . . at no charge!
I invite you to study the summary page for my a/c, which I maintain to be of no value for the reasons already given.
But perhaps the billing app needs some tlc. As a quick example, whilst I was on adsl invoices showed Talk Anytime as £0 and Call plan as £4.50. That was actually for Talk Anytime. Something similar appears now I'm on fibre.
Potentially confuzzling, but not a hassle because. regardless, I cast a beady eye over every invoice as it turns up.
