Internet issues

Hello,

I keep getting the error http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed when trying to go to most websites and internet is quite slow and sometimes web pages don't load with this issue. I've tried clearing my cache etc but it's not sorted it.

 

Any ideas?

Just to clarify I've logged in to my account and it has the latest payment details in it.
