Internet connection trashed

For some reason my payment to you Yesterday failed and now my service is trash with my 70MB service dropped to less than 15Mb with pages unable to load with a charming "cannot find this page " error which points to a removal of my connection to the DNS servers plus I am unable to send Emails.

What makes it such a joke is the last Email that came through was a request to pay giving me 14 days before my account would be restricted

14DAYS MORE LIKE 14HOURS!!

SINCE IT is a bank holiday I cannot talk to my bank till Tuesday to find out what went wrong as I cannot access the bank online system as plusnet servers will not allow it

Thank you for getting in touch, I have removed the payment reminder page from appearing on your account as a handful of customers are experiencing issues with this page appearing, please accept my apologies. You might have to switch the router off and back on for this to take effect from your side.
