International 300 - charged for calls

We have international 300 and have been charged for calls to mobiles, some of which were only a minute long, but we have ended up with an extra £10 and £15 on our bill. Is there any way of checking if this is because we have gone over the 300 min limit? Also, is there a way of keeping track of how many minutes we have used up, so this doesn't happen? Thanks

The Anytime International 300 product doesn't include mobile calls.
100 mobile minutes can be added for an extra £3/month.
You can keep track of minutes used here - https://www.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_itemised_billing&view_bill_date=
bearing in mind that it's about 24-48 hours behind real time.

Thanks 🙂 Sorry, yes we've got the mobile minutes too. Thanks for the info. So it's basically logging into the account and checking before one makes a call then.

If you're approaching the limit, then yes I suppose it's worth a check.
You mentioned in the OP going over 300 mins, but that's for non-mobile calls.
Have you maybe gone over the 100 mins limit for mobile calls?
I'm presuming going over the 300 limit wouldn't affect mobile calls.
One of the PN staff will no doubt drop by to clarify - although with the weekend and bank holiday maybe not until Tuesday.

Looking over the last couple of months, it appears the chargeable calls were international mobiles, which I'm afraid aren't covered in the Anytime International 300 call plan, the mobile calls bolt on would only apply to UK mobiles.
