Install date?

Hi just had a txt off plusnet saying my fibre should be ready to use by midnight on 10th but original i booked the engineer for 3rd. So when will the engineer be coming?

Hi,
An appointment has been made for: 09/04/2013 between 08:00-13:00. Was this not agreed with you by our Provisioning Team?
It does seem as though that's the earliest date available. If you require this date changing, please call our Provisioning Team on 0800 432 0200.
