Hi,
my name is <Redacted>. My contract ends on 10th February 2024. I rang a couple of weeks ago to cancel my contract and leave plusnet. My final bill of £31.29 for period 11/01/24 to 10/02/24 has now been debited from my bank account and I have cancelled direct debit. I was told that my account is now closed but a message in my Plusnet account is saying, "we'll send you your next bill on 11th February 2024". I am concerned I will continue to be billed out of contract so can someone confirm my account is closed from 10/02/24 and that next months bill will not be auto generated on the 11/02/24.

Hi - you should edit out your personal details as they are currently publicly visible.
There is an Edit Message option in the Post Options - but it is only available for a few minutes after you post.

Hi @drobson1967
The message at the top of the account is automated and based on your current bill period.
As your account hasn't closed yet it doesn't take this into consideration
From what I can see all is still going ahead on the day you requested
