Info on Cashback

I signed for this offer 2 weeks ago more or less. The service has been activate the 23rd of this month.

 

With the plethora of mail (some duplicated) and messages (a lot, duplicated) I was expecting also the email to claim the cashback reward as it's the only reason I choose plusnet over a competitor.

This is the offer I activated:

Is there an ETA for this email? Is there something I must do to trigger it? Like requesting it explicitly (sky does something like that for example).

The emails usually go out within the first 10 days following activation, so there's time yet Smiley

Hi @thecrius

I have checked and can see that, whilst you were indeed due to receive a cashback reward, nothing was sent out at all.

I have raised this straight away to our cashback escalations team and I am awaiting an email reply.

We will update you once we receive this.

i believe i am in a similar position re a cashback email/cheque. I signed up on January 4th of this year and haven't received anything.

Wait a moment.

 

You sent me an email that could been easily end up in spam folder and you call it a day because I didn't reply?

 

Are you kidding me? Also I wrote about it several time and the response has been "we're working on it", not "we sent it already".

 

This is the customer care the website boast so much around? For a thing like this you don't rely on a messaging system that  doesn't gives you confirmation I received and read the message unless you count on people missing the communication to save a couple of bucks!

 

Are you seriously kidding me right now?

These are all the emails, received and sent the 25th of January 2018.

 

I like to solve things with ease but you're trying to take advantage here and I'll not take it

Our cashback team have advised you should receive your cheque within 14 days from the 14th May.

If you haven't received it already it should arrive shortly.

@Mellican1973 it would've gone to the e-mail address registered on your account which from what I can see is the only contact address we hold for you. You can view and edit this from here if we need to contact you in the future.
