Incrrect address on bill

Hello. My first post on the Community Forums. I have tried hard to find a solution to this problem. I need to tell Plusnet that the address they send my bill to is incomplete. It has my house number but no street name. Oddly the address shown in "my account is correct. As the only way to contact Plusnet is by phone it is a big problem. I cannot currently speak on the phone due to recent throat surgery. Does anyone know of a way around this? Thank you.

@KarenS Sorry about your surgery. I'll try tagging one of the PN Help Team ( @Rach_H  ? ) who should be able to help you via Private Message (PM).

Re: Incrrect address on bill

Hi @KarenS,

Welcome to the Community!

I hope you're feeling okay after your surgery.

I've popped you through a Private Message, so I can confirm your address without this being shared in public, and I'm sure we'll be able to get this sorted fairly swiftly for you.

Re: Incrrect address on bill

Hey @KarenS,

I can get this done for you; however, I have opened a ticket on your account, where I would need your confirmation to get the address updated. Once I have your confirmation, I will get it corrected. Below is a direct link to the question. Once you respond, let me know Smiley

Re: Incrrect address on bill

@Marsh. Thank you for this. I have not been able to respond however. The link you provided goes to "My Open Questions". But I cannot repond to the message in there as there is no reply button. There is a button to add extra details and add an attachment so I tried to send the message through that. But there is no submit button so I don't know if I have sent anything. As well as not being able to use the phone at the moment I am registered permanently sight impaired (which is on my account). I have found dealing with this very challenging and would be so much easier if there was an email address for support issues. I received an email to ask me to respond to the message on my account, but there is no facility to reply to that email.

Re: Incrrect address on bill

@KarenS If you replied to the question, I suspect it went -  I can't really confirm this as I am no longer a PN customer and it is so long since I had a 'question' that I forget how they work, but @Marsh  will hopefully pick this up next ime he is on shift.

FYI - Plusnet have never had email for this function.

Thank you John
Although they may have never had an email function for this it would be very helpful if, when you receive an email from Plusnet Support, there was the facility to reply to that email.

On some devices / browsers there are odd quirks which result in the black footer area covering the bottom of the page area.  Resizing the browser window (switch from maximised to restore - or the other way around) should expose the submit button.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Incrrect address on bill

Hmm very strange....

I have set up a 2-way text message. Can you reply to that one?
