Increase in bill this month

I have been charged £39.40 this month as opposed to my normal payment of £24.75. I have not received any notification of this price increase. When my contract was agreed originally I was advised that notifications would now be sent out when approaching the end of a contract which I don't think I am. Please can you advise.

@Kady999

If you log into your account you can see on the home page if you are still on a contract. If you then look at your bills you can download both your current and previous month’s bills.

This should identify the source of the increase.

Re: Increase in bill this month

I can see that I am being offered a new contract for over £30.00 however I was not given advance notice of the end of my contract as I was promised last year therefore I feel I should only be paying the £25.75 for this month to allow me time to change now.
