Increase in Monthly charges

I have just had notification of my monthly bill via email. the amount of the bill has increased by £7.67. It would seem that the discount I have enjoyed so far has reduced from £13.99 to £6.32.

 

On checking my contract details I can see that my contract runs until January 2022 and the contract states ' Line Rental' - £19.99, 'Unlimited Fibre extra' - £7.00 (after contract ends £22.28).

 

Can I ask why my contracted discounted has reduced please?

I'm sorry to see your latest bill's wrong. I've prodded the billing system by extending your discounts for the correct length of time and I've added a credit to cover the overcharge, which will go towards your next bill.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
