Increase in Bill

Hello, when I initially joined Plusnet, I went through your offer for 18 months at line rental only. I only joined in May 2016 and I've had a notice of payment for £23.75. Has the line rental charges gone up? Thanks

Hi @abbeabz,

I can see that we had to place a bar on your line for billing related reasons in the previous month. As a result, a call barring charge of £5.76 has been added to your bill. This isn't a consistent monthly charge, so your bill should be the original price in the next billing month.
