My BB only package gives me 10GB per month. 2 days into this month Pnet emailed me to say I was up to my limit. I had in fact used hardly anything and this was confirmed by the usage page. Now, 2 days before the end of the period, they have emailed me to say I have used up my allowance. I haven't - the usage STATS show me on 8GB. What is going on ?
