Where did you see that information?
Everything is correct there apart from the date. £9.99 is the base cost of the account, however your deal means we have discounts in place for the first 12 months.
Our systems tend to revert to 01/01/1970 if either no date is relevant or the service hasn't been activated yet.

No, I don't need confirmation, just surprised you list loads of things like cancellation fees, but not what I actually paid for that's all.
