Incorrect start date on contract renewal

Hi, Plusnet support,

I negotiated a contract renewal to start from the end of my current contract, however, the new contract has already started. I have called on 2 previous occasions to get this rectified (first time was advised the new contract was going to be cancelled, the second time I was informed the date will be changed) and the issue was escalated to the relevant team.


Could you please advise as to the next steps.
