Annoyed that after chasing plusnet for the reward they didn’t give me after signing ip I finally got my prepaid card for £50...not £75 as promised. Honestly it’s a bit of a joke. If you offer a deal with an account surely it’s clearly written down somewhere what the customer should receive. I’d like the other £25 please.
