Incorrect rates on bill

2 questions..

1....I have speech difficulties. How do I communicate with you?

2...Email question 199635672 confirms 18 month contract £5.01 unlimited fibre, line rental £19.99 call plan £0...total £25

Invoiced £30.99 Why??????

Unless resolved in next 3 days I will cancel DD and pay £25 by cheque

Where would I send a cheque?
