A fixed-price contract only covers line rental and Broadband subscription pricing.
If your contract has come to an end, this is also another reason why your pricing may have increased.

Opening Times:
8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 7pm Saturday
9am - 6pm Sunday

If you read ticket https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_service_notice&id=431263427
It clearly states that it is a 18 month fixed price contract.
Plusnet are clearly breaking the contract by increasing the monthly price we pay.
