Incorrect increase in monthly charges?

Hi, just received monthly bill and it has increased incorrectly. The reason being is that when we signed up to fibre broadband it clearly stated that it was a fixed price contract (which was confirmed in the email received about the product change sent on 22 September 2019).
Why has the cost gone up when it shouldn’t have?

Re: Incorrect increase in monthly charges?

Hi @RPMozley

A fixed-price contract only covers line rental and Broadband subscription pricing.

If your contract has come to an end, this is also another reason why your pricing may have increased.

Please contact Customer Options directly on: 0800 013 2632

Opening Times:
8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 7pm Saturday
9am - 6pm Sunday

Kind Regards

Re: Incorrect increase in monthly charges?

Contract has definitely not ended.
If you read ticket https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_service_notice&id=431263427
It clearly states that it is a 18 month fixed price contract.
Plusnet are clearly breaking the contract by increasing the monthly price we pay.
That's RPM to you!!
